If you delete the Qustodio app, then you will no longer be able to monitor and manage your family’s device usage from the Qustodio dashboard. You can reach out to Qustodio customer service through the contact form on their website. They will be able to help you reset your password or delete your account if necessary. If you have forgotten the password for your Qustodio account, you should contact Qustodio customer service and request a password reset. Qustodio is designed to be secure, so it requires a password for access purposes. At the bottom of this list, they will be able to see the apps with expired time limits.Unfortunately, it is not possible to delete Qustodio without a password. Your child can click “see all” in the top right of the Games & Apps section, to go to a new screen showing the full list of all apps with time limits in place, and the time remaining for each. If you have set time limits or restrictions on specific apps, your child will be able to see these below the Time Limits and Time Restrictions display. If you have set Daily Time limits for your child, they will see the following information: In this case, since there are no time restrictions in place, we see the message: “No upcoming screen breaks”. The box below displays any Time Restrictions that have been set. In this case, since no daily time limits have been set, we see the time spent inside the circle and the “No limit” message. The circle at the top shows your child’s Daily Time limits.
